ASM-91CH Communication Management Unit

The ASM-91 supports all TCP/IP‑based protocols such as IEC104 and IEC103, as well as various serial protocols including IEC101, Modbus and CDT.

Main Features

The ASM-91C adopts a 32-bit ARM processor with a main frequency up to 168MHz. Its high-performance hardware system ensures strong data processing capability.
With a highly reliable design, the device fully guarantees the reliability of components and connectors. It is resistant to shock and vibration, suitable for strong electromagnetic interference environments, and can operate normally at an ambient temperature of -25℃ ~ +60℃. Its insulation, voltage withstand and anti-interference indicators comply with IEC international standards.

Insulation Performance

Insulation resistance: between power supply and output circuits, measured with a 500V open-circuit voltage tester, shall be no less than 100MΩ.

b) Transportation conditions: withstand vibration endurance, shock endurance and bump tests at severity Level I.


Electromagnetic Interference Resistance

2.5.1 High-frequency Interference

In accordance with GB/T 13729-1992 Clause 3.8, under standard atmospheric conditions and normal operation, the device can withstand high-frequency interference applied to the AC power circuit: 1MHz±0.1MHz damped oscillation wave, common mode 2.5kV, series mode 1kV, repetition rate 400 times/s.

2.5.2 Electrostatic Discharge Interference

The device can withstand electrostatic discharge at severity Level III as specified in GB/T 15153.1-1998 Table 13: contact discharge test voltage 6kV.

10 positive and 10 negative discharges are applied to operator-accessible surfaces at intervals ≥1s. Temporary indicator errors are allowed during testing.

2.5.3 Fast Transient Interference

In accordance with GB/T 15153.1‑1998 Table 12 severity Level 3, the device can withstand fast transient burst interference voltage of 2.0kV(p). Temporary indicator errors are allowed during testing.
