Main Functions

1.2.1 Protection Functions

  • Three-stage overcurrent protection (including instantaneous overcurrent, time-delayed instantaneous overcurrent, and definite-time overcurrent protection), each stage can be enabled or disabled independently.
  • Reclosing function: three-phase one-shot automatic reclosing.
  • Post-reclosing acceleration function.
  • Overload protection: trip or alarm output is selectable.
  • Two-stage zero-sequence overcurrent protection: trip or alarm output is selectable.
  • High-side zero-sequence current protection: trip or alarm output is selectable.
  • Low-side zero-sequence current protection: trip or alarm output is selectable.
  • Zero-sequence overvoltage protection: trip or alarm output is selectable.
  • Undervoltage protection: trip or alarm output is selectable.
  • Overvoltage protection: trip or alarm output is selectable.
  • Inverse-time overcurrent protection.

1.2.2 Device Self-check Function

  • Automatically detects faults in RAM, FLASH, A/D converter, etc.
  • Automatically checks setting values and other parameters.
  • Equipped with power loss alarm function.

1.2.3 Event Recording Function

  • Records events including protection operation events, alarm events, and device self-check faults.
  • Records the type and time of protection operations, as well as the type and occurrence time of self-check faults.

1.2.4 Communication Function

  • Uploads real-time data, including measured data, fault alarm signals, and protection settings.
  • Receives control commands from the superior control system.
  • Supports GPRS communication (to be specified when ordering).

1.2.5 Monitoring Function

  • Displays protection current, voltage and power values.
  • Collects switching signals such as circuit breakers, isolating switches and non-electrical quantities.
  • Remote control of circuit breaker opening and closing from the backstage monitoring system.

1.2.6 Display & Operation Function

The panel is equipped with a color LCD screen for Chinese character display and keyboard operation, enabling convenient data tracking and monitoring, online setting modification, and enabling/disabling of partial protection functions.

In case of a fault, a corresponding prompt screen will pop up automatically.

The panel is also equipped with indicators for operation, alarm, trip, open position, closed position, abnormality, and human body induction lamp.


Main Features of the Device

1.3.1 High-performance Hardware System

The device adopts a 32-bit microprocessor with an independent hardware watchdog. The high-performance hardware system ensures strong data processing capability.

1.3.2 Multifunctional Hardware Platform

The device integrates protection, signaling, remote control and other multiple functions in one unit.

1.3.3 Comprehensive Protection Design

The device is equipped with independent output for protection operation (or alarm), with protection operation memory and signal latching function. The protection principle is mature and reliable, and can withstand long-term on-site operation.

1.3.4 Communication Interfaces

The device provides three communication modes: RS-485, CANBUS and electrical Ethernet (to be specified when ordering).

It can also provide a 4G GPRS wireless communication interface, optional GSM SMS or GPRS wireless network (to be specified when ordering).

Through GPRS 101 protocol, the collected data communicates with the backstage to realize basic data monitoring and control functions.

1.3.5 Complete Event Recording

The device is equipped with large-capacity ferroelectric RAM, which can store records of operations, alarms and faults, and data will not be lost after power failure.

1.3.6 Comprehensive Self-check

Self-check functions include A/D self-check, setting value self-check, communication self-check, etc., facilitating timely fault detection to ensure reliable operation.

1.3.7 Accurate Real-time Clock System

The device supports remote communication time synchronization and manual time setting via LCD, and the clock will not be lost after power failure.

Insulation Performance

  • Insulation resistance: ≥ 500MΩ between all circuits and the enclosure under standard test conditions.
  • Dielectric strength: withstands AC 50Hz, 2kV (RMS) for 1 minute without insulation breakdown or flashover. For re-test, apply 75% of the specified voltage.

Complies with GB/T 15145-2001.

Anti-interference Capability

The device complies with 14 IEC electromagnetic compatibility standards.
